Employment Mentor - Nampa

Employment mentors provide individualized, one-On-One, on-The-Job training and support to clients, focusing on developing job-Keeping behaviors, task analysis, and identifying reasonable accommodations at the job site. They also act as an advocate for individuals, document daily progress, and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure goals are met.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 21 years old, requiring reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance for travel. Candidates must also pass a background check and obtain or provide cpr/First aid certification.
