(Part-Time intake) case manager

The case manager implements the rite of passage program by administering, developing, and facilitating case plans and treatment programs based on agency requests and student needs. This role serves as the primary liaison between the student, guardians, staff, and placing agency officials, while also managing progress notes and facilitating court hearings and visits.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and be at least 21 years old to be considered for this position. Applicants must also pass various background checks, drug/Physical/Tb tests, and meet requirements to become an eligible driver.
