Residential Advisor

The residential advisor is responsible for monitoring students living on residential floors to ensure adherence to the center's rules and regulations while fostering an atmosphere conducive to character development. This role also involves facilitating prompt assistance during emergencies and accurately documenting student activities and incidents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of related experience working with youth is preferred. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required for this position.
