Center-Based Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and have a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be willing to undergo a background check, have reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
