Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings by implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be willing to undergo background checks, have reliable transportation, and be physically capable of performing tasks like getting on the floor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
