Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Additional requirements include passing a background check, having reliable transportation, being at least 18 years old, and the physical ability to perform tasks like getting on the floor and lifting up to 50lbs.
