Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training, and strictly following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. The role also requires collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Additional requirements involve passing a background check, having reliable transportation, and the physical ability to perform job tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and frequent floor work.
