Center-Based Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to get on the floor, lift up to 50lbs, and move quickly if necessary for client safety.
