Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans one-On-One with children with autism under the supervision of a bcba, focusing on teaching essential skills and reducing interfering behaviors using evidence-Based techniques. This role requires significant physical activity, including the ability to stand, move in various positions, and lift or carry objects/Children up to 50 pounds.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Successful applicants must also obtain cpr/First aid certification, pass a background check, and secure registered behavior technician certification within 45 days of onboarding.
