Candidates must possess general knowledge of college access and completion, demonstrating maturity, responsibility, organization, and strong time management skills to handle multitasking and effective communication in a fast-Paced setting. Eligibility requires meeting specific financial need criteria, maintaining satisfactory academic progress, and being enrolled for at least six credit hours, subject to background checks.
