Independent Living Advisor (Evenings or Night shifts available)

The advisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly dorm environment by controlling student behavior, providing guidance on attitude and interpersonal relationships, and ensuring accurate accountability of students. Duties also include training students in independent living skills, reinforcing positive behaviors, and maintaining detailed shift logs and documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though residential experience in a group home or college dormitory setting is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable record and demonstrate the ability to handle stressful situations while relating well to disadvantaged youth.
