Family Educator (Bilingual - Spanish)

This role involves mentoring families with children from birth to three years old and expectant mothers, assessing their needs, and collaborating with them to achieve goals through weekly home visits and required documentation. The educator also plans and delivers group socialization experiences and assists families in accessing necessary community resources and services.

Candidates must have a child development associate (Cda) or an associate's degree in early childhood or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred in education, social work, or family studies. Required experience includes working with young children and families, possessing a valid az driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks, alongside being bilingual in spanish being preferred.
