Family Educator

This role involves mentoring families with children aged birth to three, as well as expectant mothers, by assessing their needs, assisting in goal identification, and documenting progress through family partnership agreements. Essential duties include planning and conducting weekly home visits, completing required paperwork, and connecting families with necessary community resources for progress and self-Sufficiency.

Minimum requirements include a home visitor child development associate (Cda) or an associate's degree in early childhood or a related field, along with required experience working with young children and families. Candidates must be at least 21, possess a valid az driver's license with a clean record, and pass a criminal background check.
