Diagnostician

The role involves leading comprehensive special education evaluations and chairing ard/Iep committees to determine appropriate placement and programming for students with disabilities. Responsibilities also include finalizing and monitoring iep implementation, ensuring compliance with special education laws, and consulting with staff and parents.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and a valid texas teacher's certificate or diagnostician certification, along with a minimum of three years of teaching experience. Required qualifications also include knowledge of diagnostic procedures, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check and tb clearance.
