Quality Support Specialist - Orange Co., Los Angeles Co. and Ventura Co.

The quality support specialist ensures services adhere to program designs, state/Federal regulations (Titles 17 and 22), and organizational standards through regular audits and inspections. This role also involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees to maximize adherence to all policies and procedures.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a minimum of two years of directly related experience in the idd field involving training, teaching, or auditing is required, along with dsp 1 and 2 certifications. Candidates must also possess knowledge of relevant state/Federal regulations and be willing and able to travel, as the position includes a company car for travel.
