The job coach will support a caseload of clients needing vocational and community inclusion services, assisting employers with job setup and facilitating career development and job coaching to improve client skills. Responsibilities also include providing personal and career counseling, behavioral intervention, and maintaining communication with managers and stakeholders regarding client progress and performance issues.

Requirements summary

Applicants must possess a driver's license and have an insured and reliable vehicle, along with us work authorization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. While no prior experience as an employment specialist is required as full training is provided, experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
