Childcare Lead Teacher – Before & After School

Lead teachers are responsible for creating and facilitating hands-On activities following the healthy kids curriculum, which includes fitness, steam, academic enrichment, art, and group activities, while also assisting students with homework. They must maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment, serve as positive role models, and communicate daily with parents via the playground app.

Candidates must meet specific educational requirements, which include options like a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an associate's degree combined with significant relevant experience (Up to 3 years). Applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
