Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collect data on treatment plan goals, and work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. They will also address problem behaviors using positive techniques and assist with caregiver support and training as required.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance, with availability for at least 15 hours during afternoons and evenings. Successful completion of background checks, tb tests, and physical exams is mandatory for onboarding.
