Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collect data according to the treatment plan, and work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities also include addressing problem behaviors using positive support techniques and assisting with caregiver training.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or exposure working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Availability for afternoon and evening shifts (3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) is required, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
