Swim Coach

The swim coach is responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating high-Quality swim team practices and meets while serving ymca members and volunteers in a premier fashion. This role also requires emphasizing member service, character development, and supporting the ymca's mission of healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess a minimum of one year of teaching experience, along with current certifications in first aid, cprpro (Including aed), and emergency oxygen. The coach must also be able to work effectively with diverse groups and maintain strict safety standards.
