Y Club Youth Leader

This role involves ensuring the safety and well-Being of elementary-Aged children by leading age-Appropriate enrichment activities such as games, arts and crafts, and physical activity. Responsibilities also include modeling positive interactions, enforcing rules with dignity, and adhering to all relevant policies and reporting procedures.

Minimum qualifications include being at least 16 for assistant roles or 18 for leader roles, with leaders requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must possess an understanding of quality youth development principles, sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, and the physical stamina and emotional stability required for active child supervision.
