Y Club Youth Leader

The role involves ensuring the safety and well-Being of elementary-Aged children while leading age-Appropriate enrichment activities such as games, arts and crafts, stem projects, and physical activity. Responsibilities also include modeling positive interactions, enforcing rules respectfully, and building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Minimum age requirements vary (16 for assistant, 18 for leader), and youth leaders require a high school diploma or equivalent, with college preferred. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of quality youth development, possess physical stamina, alertness, emotional stability for active supervision, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
