Adult Education Advisor

The advisor oversees student intake, assessment, and placement into appropriate classes, while collaborating with the associate director on recruitment and retention strategies for various adult education programs. This role also involves assisting students with overcoming personal and social barriers to achieve their career and educational objectives.

Candidates must possess either a master's degree with two years of experience or a bachelor's degree with three years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination. Essential requirements include demonstrated experience supporting adult and non-Traditional learners, excellent communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and successful completion of a criminal background check.
