Floater Teacher

The floater teacher coordinates and plans daily education programs, ensuring all classroom activities are developmentally appropriate and meet mandated standards under the supervision of the education coordinator. Responsibilities include developing child education binders, completing required documentation, observing and assessing child development, and planning experiences to promote holistic growth.

A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development is preferred, though an associate's degree while working towards a bachelor's is acceptable, along with a minimum of six months' experience in an early childhood program. Employment is conditional upon passing a background check and completing biannual physical examinations and tb tests.
