Paraprofessional-Afterschool Program-Holt

The paraprofessional will implement engaging academic enrichment activities, assist students with homework, and provide individualized tutoring support within the reaching higher afterschool program. Key duties include managing students safely, acting as a mentor and role model, and cultivating positive relationships with students, families, and staff.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or ged, demonstrated knowledge of youth, and at least two years of experience working with youth in a structured program setting. Candidates must also possess the necessary health, emotional stability, maturity, and character to fulfill assigned duties.
