Juvenile Youth Specialist

The juvenile youth counselor supports the daily care and treatment of male adolescents (Ages 11-17) through assessment, goal setting, lesson planning, and leading activities that align with individual treatment plans. Responsibilities include teaching, nurturing youth through direct interaction, developing positive relationships, and modeling appropriate professional behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma plus 2 years of youth work experience, or an associate's/Bachelor's degree with 6 months of youth work experience. Essential requirements include good moral character, emotional stability, maturity, a positive attitude, commitment to youth, and the ability to adhere to professional standards and team objectives.
