Paraprofessional-Afterschool Program-Lansing

The paraprofessional will engage and assist students during academic enrichment activities, provide homework support, and manage students safely and productively. Duties also include serving as a mentor, cultivating positive relationships, and ensuring compliance with licensing rules and grant requirements.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate knowledge of youth, along with at least two years of experience working with youth in a structured program setting. Applicants must also be of good character with the necessary health, emotional stability, maturity, and strength to perform assigned duties.
