Paraprofessional-Afterschool Program-Jackson

The paraprofessional will implement engaging academic enrichment activities, assist students with homework, and provide individualized tutoring support for students in grades 3-5. Duties also include managing students safely, serving as a mentor, and ensuring compliance with licensing rules and program standards.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, along with at least two years of experience working with youth in a structured program setting. Candidates must also demonstrate good character, emotional stability, and maturity to carry out assigned duties.
