1st Grade Teacher

The teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing effective instruction aligned with tennessee state standards, designing engaging lessons with clear objectives, and differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with staff, building strong relationships with students and families, maintaining a well-Managed classroom, and participating in professional development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and hold a valid tennessee teaching license in elementary education (K-5) or be currently enrolled in an accredited teacher preparation program. The ideal applicant is a positive, student-Focused educator with strong classroom management and communication skills, committed to high expectations for all students.
