8th Grade Social Studies Teacher

The teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing effective instruction aligned with tennessee state standards, designing engaging lessons with measurable outcomes, and differentiating instruction for all learners. They must also collaborate with colleagues, build relationships with students and families, and maintain a well-Managed classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid tennessee teaching license in 6-8 or 6-12 social studies, or be currently enrolled in an accredited teacher preparation program. Desired qualities include being a positive, student-Focused educator with strong management skills, commitment to high achievement, and openness to growth.
