Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior improvement for children and their families in home or community settings. Key duties involve using evidence-Based behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that impact safety or independence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, complete 40 hours of provided online training, maintain a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active auto insurance, and provide a current negative tb test. Essential soft skills include strong interpersonal communication, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to support progress in children's lives.
