Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide direct support to children and families by implementing individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior improvement. Key responsibilities include using evidence-Based behavioral interventions to teach new skills and reduce behaviors that may impact safety or independence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance, along with a current negative tb test. Essential qualities include strong interpersonal communication, professionalism, and a genuine desire to support progress in children's lives.
