Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve client outcomes. Responsibilities also include facilitating staff trainings, evaluating team performance, and attending iep/Ifsp meetings.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and current bcba certification, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation is required for local travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
