Core responsibilities
The registered nurse will provide home and community-Based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, focusing on a coaching model in partnership with parents/Caregivers. Responsibilities include completing intakes, participating in multidisciplinary assessments, developing individual family service plans (Ifsps), and educating families on health and safety.
