Speech-Language Pathologist

The speech-Language pathologist will provide direct, developmentally appropriate speech therapy services and activities to infants and toddlers (Birth to three) with developmental delays in their homes and communities. Responsibilities also include partnering with families to ensure individualized service delivery, participating in multidisciplinary assessments, and acting as the service coordinator for the intervention plan.

Candidates must possess current massachusetts licensure as a speech-Language pathologist and the asha certificate of clinical competence, along with knowledge of family systems and early childhood development. Essential requirements include the ability to build therapeutic relationships, commitment to culturally humble services, excellent communication and organizational skills, and reliable transportation.
