Core responsibilities

The occupational therapist will provide direct, developmentally appropriate early intervention services to infants and toddlers (Birth to 3 years) with or at risk for developmental delays in their homes and communities. This includes partnering with families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on their priorities and needs.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess current licensure as an occupational therapist by the massachusetts board of registration of allied health professions and demonstrate knowledge of family systems and early childhood development. Experience with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred, along with excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
