Core responsibilities
The social worker will provide direct, developmentally appropriate early intervention services to infants and toddlers (Birth to 3 years) with or at risk for developmental delays in their homes and communities. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary assessments, developing individual family service plans (Ifsp), and acting as a service coordinator while supporting family needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work from an accredited school and be a certified or licensed social worker (Lcsw, licsw, lmhc). Preferred qualifications include experience with infants, toddlers, and families, knowledge of family systems, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
