Core responsibilities
The registered nurse will provide home and community-Based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays, partnering with families using a coaching model to ensure individualized service delivery. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, participating in individual family service plan (Ifsp) development, monitoring progress, and providing health and safety education to caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess current registered nurse licensure in massachusetts and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while engaging in therapeutic relationships with children and families. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of family systems and early childhood development, and reliable transportation are also required.
