Position Title

Classroom Teacher (Grades 1 & 2) Position Status: Part-Time Classroom Teacher (Thursday & Friday) Mother of Hope Hybrid Academy is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Lower School. Teacher to lead a combined 1st and 2nd-grade classroom on Thursdays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a love of learning in young students while nurturing their spiritual and academic growth.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with MOHHA's curriculum. Provide instruction in core subjects, including reading, writing, and math, using leveled groups with the support of a classroom aide. Teach additional subjects such as Nature Study, Latin, and Catechesis, while incorporating outdoor recess in all weather conditions. Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment through effective classroom management. Supervise and engage students in both classroom and outdoor settings, ensuring a safe and supportive learning experience. Communicate regularly with parents to support student development and engagement. Participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications
