Boys Lacrosse Assistant Coach

The assistant coach is responsible to the athletic director or head coach, providing coaching, development, and supervisory duties for the boys lacrosse program. Key duties include maintaining equipment, planning character development, producing detailed practice plans, and ensuring athlete safety and medical clearance.

Required qualifications include obtaining asep, chsaa, and nfhs coaching fundamentals certifications, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, though certifications may be obtained after hiring. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of the sport, effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student development and positive team culture.
