Educational Facilitator/Humanities Teacher In Person iLEAD Flex

The facilitator is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program using project-Based learning to encourage learners to reach their academic potential, including creating and tailoring curriculum to meet learner needs. Duties involve providing individualized and small group instruction, maintaining a safe and engaging learning atmosphere, evaluating academic and social growth, and collaborating with staff and parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, including all necessary courses for credential requirements, and the appropriate credential for core subject positions, along with el authorization (Clad, bclad certification). Essential qualifications include experience in an education setting or relevant real-World experience demonstrating flexibility, open-Mindedness, and collaboration, alongside excellent communication and problem-Solving skills.
