Admissions Counselor

The admissions counselor is responsible for providing outreach and admissions services to ensure a sufficient flow of complete applications for suitable youth entering the job corps program, meeting or exceeding monthly arrival goals. This includes developing outreach plans, conducting recruitment activities, screening applicants based on established criteria, and assisting accepted youth with enrollment and departure procedures.

Candidates must possess above-Average public speaking, verbal, written, problem-Solving, and conflict resolution skills, along with computer literacy in standard office software. A bachelor's degree in a related field (Or associate's degree plus 2 years related experience) is required, along with a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
