Pastoral Care Associate (30 hours/week)

The associate will guide and ensure the delivery of compassionate spiritual and pastoral care for residents, families, and staff across multiple faith traditions. Key duties include managing the daily celebration of mass, coordinating eucharist distribution, and collaborating with pastoral care staff and volunteers.

Candidates must be a commissioned extraordinary minister of holy communion in the roman catholic diocese of worcester or eligible for commissioning, with a bachelor's degree and five years of experience considered, though a master's in pastoral ministry is preferred. Flexibility is required, including participation in a rotating sunday schedule.
