Position: Varsity head coach
Reports to: Athletic Director/HS Principal
This stipend is for the Softball Varsity Head Coach who organizes tryouts, leads practice sessions, and supervises student athletes before, during, and after games, ensuring adherence to MIAA and school athletic rules. They ensure all athletes have current medical physicals and teach sport fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coach maintains equipment and uniforms and stays in close communication with the Athletic Director. Preferred candidates have prior experience as a player or coach and are school employees.
