Kids Fitness Coach & Lead Teacher - My Gym (Wellesley)

The role involves leading and assisting in engaging fitness classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, as well as helping to run memorable birthday parties, camps, and special events. Team members will also be responsible for creating a safe and positive environment and contributing to the daily operations and culture of the new location.

Candidates must possess high energy, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children, along with strong communication skills and a team-First mindset. Availability for afternoons and weekends is required, though prior experience in dance, athletics, gymnastics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education is a plus but not mandatory.
