The it intern will ensure technology systems, hardware, and support structures are reliable across schools, requiring regular travel to support on-Site technology needs. Responsibilities include demonstrating strong customer service, creating documentation, organizing inventory, and performing hardware/Software troubleshooting.

Candidates must possess high tech literacy, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-Paced environment. Required experience includes being a current undergraduate or recent graduate in an it-Related field or having at least one year of hands-On technical support experience, with familiarity in imaging, windows, chromeos, and wi-Fi troubleshooting.
