IT Intern, Rhode Island

The it intern will ensure technology systems, hardware, and support structures are reliable by providing tier 1 support for various equipment and performing laptop imaging and setup procedures. Responsibilities also include demonstrating strong customer service, maintaining documentation, and organizing technology equipment inventory.

Candidates must possess high tech literacy, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with a desire to work in a fast-Paced school environment. A current undergraduate or recent graduate majoring/Minoring in an it-Related field or at least one year of hands-On technical support experience is required.
