Youth Care Professional

The primary duties involve providing sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children, implementing crisis intervention and treatment programs, and teaching constructive behaviors and essential life skills. Responsibilities also include maintaining an orderly living environment, assisting with documentation, and ensuring campus security.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, along with at least one year of related experience in human services, specifically behavioral health or residential treatment. Essential requirements include fluency in english and spanish, and holding current first aid, cpr, and emergency behavior intervention certifications.
