Direct Care Worker

The worker must provide sustained and uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to the position. Key duties include accurate documentation, assisting with new child/Staff orientation, providing input on treatment plans, and teaching constructive life skills.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in child welfare working with children/Adolescents in a social service setting, and fluency in both english and spanish. Candidates must also pass pre-Employment screenings, including drug tests and criminal background checks.
