Direct Care Worker

The worker must provide sustained, uninterrupted direct supervision of assigned children while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory guidelines and accurately documenting incidents and progress. Key duties include assisting with treatment plan development, teaching life skills, maintaining a clean living area, and implementing safety protocols.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in child welfare or a related human services field, and fluency in both english and spanish. Candidates must also pass pre-Employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks, and maintain required certifications like cpr and first aid.
